Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

- Order number and product details
Upon verification, we may offer:

- A refund
Electrical & Beauty Devices (Special Conditions)
For products such as:
- LED beauty devices
- Hair styling tools (e.g., curlers, dryers)
- Anti-wrinkle or acne treatment devices
Additional conditions apply:
- Items must be unused and not activated to be eligible for return
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to the provided address
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Refunds
