Refund & Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect
- You notify us within 5 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except where the product is faulty)
Email: support@aestheoffers.com with your order ID, full name, and reason for return.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been opened or used
- Beauty and skincare items that cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at support@aestheoffers.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (such as photos or videos)
- If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
