Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Upon verification, we may offer:

Electrical & Beauty Devices (Special Conditions)

For products such as:

  • LED beauty devices
  • Hair styling tools (e.g., curlers, dryers)
  • Anti-wrinkle or acne treatment devices

Additional conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused and not activated to be eligible for return
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs is not covered

Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
