Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 5 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except where the product is faulty)
  • Email: support@aestheoffers.com with your order ID, full name, and reason for return.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Beauty and skincare items that cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at support@aestheoffers.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (such as photos or videos)
  • If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
